We have used Fort Locks for over 2 years and will not go anywhere else should we need secure storage in the future. A... massive thank you to all the staff who have given great service, always with a smile and a cup of coffee (pre covid of course). A very secure and tidy facility with 24 hour access. Having left the padlock off of our unit, Jeff phoned me within a few minutes to let me know - fantastic! Needless to say we would strongly recommend using Fort Locks.read more

An exceptionally friendly service, with an ultra helpful team, the level of care and attention was second-to-none. ... After wanting some storage at short notice, the offer seemed good, so we took it, but the actual experience blew us away. For anyone needing domestic storage I'd say there's no need to look anywhere else. For any business needing commercial storage, I would recommend using this facility even if just to experience and learn from the customer service levels! If only more businesses trreated their customers like this. We all have a lot to learn. 24/7 access and a clean and tidy provision only add to the reasons why we wouldn't look anywhere else next time. So refreshing to meet a team with a 'can-do' attitude, rather than be presented with a list of 'can't dos' which is what we experienced when considering other options.read more

I have used Fort Locks for over 2 years now. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The site is very... secure and well maintained. 24-hour access was a must for me and at Fort locks this is very easy while still maintaining the high security. What a wonderful company! Such friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. I used Fort Locks when moving house... and I was 100% confident that my stuff was safe and secure while in their facility. They even let the removal company in and out so that I didn't need to attend the site.I have no hesitation what so ever in highly recommending Fort Locks.
