I can honestly say Fort Locks from start to finish have completely taken the stress out of my move. I had downsized... from a 4 bed to a two bed and moved all my belongings from a long term storage to easy accessible to the point of having a key after hours and that was godsend I have to say! to accessing and sorting my things out to the tip or back to my home was fantastic. A big shout out to Jeff amazing guy full of life and positivity that is an asset to the team he made me endless cups of tea while I sorted out my things and helped me big time. Annie and Nick who own the business were extremely friendly and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Fort Locks came to my rescue when my house move got delayed on the day of sale. I contacted them right at the end of... the day and they were able to provide me with enough storage which ensured my house sale didn't fall through.The facility was clean and very secure. The removal team who were moving my things were very impressed and they said they'd seen a lot of storage places!The owner stayed late for our arrival and was so helpful to me when I arrived as i was very stressed by this point. We have used Fort Locks for over 2 years and will not go anywhere else should we need secure storage in the future. An exceptionally friendly service, with an ultra helpful team, the level of care and attention was second-to-none. ... After wanting some storage at short notice, the offer seemed good, so we took it, but the actual experience blew us away. For anyone needing domestic storage I'd say there's no need to look anywhere else. For any business needing commercial storage, I would recommend using this facility even if just to experience and learn from the customer service levels! If only more businesses trreated their customers like this. We all have a lot to learn. 24/7 access and a clean and tidy provision only add to the reasons why we wouldn't look anywhere else next time.
